I grew up in Brittany, France but in my early 20’s decided to follow the path of my father who travelled the world as sea captain. I worked in France for several years. But the desire to live a more “exotic” experience abroad became more present, so I looked for an opportunity to work in Scandinavia. It was a strong call, which I followed, despite my family’s opposition.
I stayed 9 years in Sweden and moved in 2006 with my family in the German-speaking part of Switzerland, where I still live today.
Having been a “trailing spouse” who followed her husband to Basel, Switzerland, with our 2-years old son, I am well aware of the courage and determination needed to adapt to a different culture, as well as the challenges, you may encounter along the way.
Since our relocation in Switzerland, I have worked in the corporate world and small companies. I have experienced ups and downs as I moved from permanent employment contracts to temporary work positions and even periods of unemployment. I also experienced the excitement of running my own business, with all the freedom and creativity, as well as loneliness and endurance that this requires.
I combine my natural love and ability to listen and support others with my interests in finding one’s professional path, getting one’s voice heard and connecting with others. Not surprisingly, these areas have also been my greatest areas of growth and learning for over 30 years!
When I am not working, I love to meditate, hike, cook, discover new places, (re)create a cozy home, watch inspiring films and discuss spirituality and self development with other professionals and friends.
We will get there together!
